SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Autonomy products can only be shipped within Australia. No international shipping options are currently available.

 

We ship via Australia Post and therefore can only send products to a valid street addresses (home or office) and cannot ship to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers. Standard shipping to metro areas is 2-3 working days. Shipping to regional areas may take longer. 

Your order will be delivered during normal working days between 8:00am and 6:00pm. The driver delivering your consignment must ensure the recipient of the package is over 18 years of age. Deliveries cannot be made to persons under the age of 18. If the driver is unable to deliver, they will leave a re-delivery card that requires you the customer to visit an Australia Post office to collect the package.

We will endeavour to ensure that your order is delivered on time. However, occasionally some delays from our transport providers occur that are out of our control. In such circumstances, we will not be liable for any delays, expenses or damages incurred, including issues relating to limited stock availability.

Please Note: No refund or returns will be made for any product order that is incorrect due to error by the customer.

​​CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

An order may be cancelled by the customer for a full refund only if prior to to item being dispatched.​​ All our products are guaranteed under Australian Consumer Law. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us on info@autonomydistillers.com.au or call 0415355095 during normal business hours. We will arrange a refund or replacement depending on your circumstance.

If requesting a return or refund, you may be asked to provide personal information that is relevant to your return or to satisfy legislative requirement. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return. 

Please note that all distilled spirits in Australia carry excise which is a significant portion of the product cost. In order to provide a refund, the contents of the bottle must be returned so that it may be destroyed and the excise component of the purchase voided under Australian excise laws.
